Cancellation
WeGLOW subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select WeGLOW, and choose the available cancellation option.
Refund Requests
Refund eligibility for App Store purchases is determined by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's purchase support flow at reportaproblem.apple.com or review Apple guidance at Apple Support.
Important Notes
- Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund.
- Deleting the app does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
- Access may continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
- Apple may require you to sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
